Prior to launching Krush in February ’05, our creative team worked together
as employees at The Eytchison Group. The Eytchison Group studio was located
in a 110-year old lima bean granary, complete with resident ghosts. Well,
that’s how the legend goes, anyway. It only made sense that The Eytchsion
Group (EG) branding be inspired by the unique environment in which we found
ourselves. Black and white photos told stories of land managers and granary
workers, and Navy pilots who used our building as a landing marker during
WWII. The EG business cards were descended from 1942 Army ID cards, and
characters from the legends of the granary were brought back to life in the
collateral.
